IATO provides cloud-based website crawling, SEO auditing, visual sitemap building, content governance, and related tools via a web application, REST API, and MCP server. Service features and limits vary by plan (Free, Professional, Team, Enterprise).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use IATO only to crawl websites you own or have explicit authorization to crawl. You may not use the Service to:
The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by IATO and protected by intellectual property laws. Your crawl data belongs to you — we claim no ownership over content you crawl or create within the platform.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IATO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate an account at any time. Upon termination, your access to crawl data and workspaces will be revoked. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
